Internet outage

Internet has been out for almost 12 hours and I've been trying to reach someone about the issue and I can't get a person. Every avenue, calls and the chat system, say they won't route me to an agent because of the active outage. But no outages are reported anywhere else around me and only my house shows an outage on the outage map.
