Internet outage

My whole neighborhood has been having issues with internet for weeks, and we are all hard wired. We are all very upset, about 40 homes in my HOA where I'm VP. We are all thinking of switching to T-mobile. My outage has been worse than others, and I work from home. If 40 of us go, we will take others. We are very upset as a neighborhood.
