Internet outage

Hi, I’ve had Xfinity for maybe 3 years now and I had an outage reported at 4:20 AM on 7/23/25 and haven’t gotten any update on when it’ll be fixed. My wife works from home and needs the wifi or she won’t be able to make any money. This has always been a constant issue and trying to get in contact with someone is EVEN HARDER!!!! It tells me the same thing over and over again that it’s being fixed but nothing has changed. On the map it looks like im the only one with an outage so can someone PLEASE HELP ME. Because I’m honestly thinking about changing my service at this point
