Internet outage

It’s been a week and every morning you turn my [Edited: "Language"] internet off I work in the morning I’ve call off three days this week bc you [Edited: "Language"] can’t get it right it’s been a week of you trying to fix it all day just to say you can’t and will be back tomorrow I’m about to switch companies

Good morning, @user_d6swrn thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums and creating a post. Working from home myself, I completely understand where you're coming from with needing your home network up and running. They did network enhancements last month in my area, and my service was down for multiple days as they had to push work out, so know it can be frustrating. 

- Have you by chance checked the Xfinity App or Xfinity Status Center: https://www.xfinity.com/support/status to see if there is any information on the type of work being performed?
