Internet Outage

My internet goes out for multiple hours every week. I work from home and this is unacceptable. 

If I cannot have stable internet I am going to cancel my service, can anyone provide a reason why my network is so unstable?

First. Check here for official info on any possible local outages;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.


Or you can use the Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps

Hello,

Yes, i know how to check my status and I already know it's out, checking this doesn't really help me understand why my internet is down multiple times a month for hours on end.

Seeing a status of "unavailable" doesn't do anything to help me.

To send a "Direct Message" message:
