Internet outage

I have been without Internet for 22 hrs. Your app and ai chatbot can't seem to give me straight answers about whether or not there is a known outage in my area. And they won't allow me to report an outage.

user_usjgn1 - Thank you for your feedback! The most effective way to get interruption updates for your area and information about your service is to visit

https://www.xfinity.com/support/status or use the Xfinity app. Does it say there is a service interruption when you check the app or status center? If nothing is reported you can also use the app to troubleshoot. Our team can help too.

The App says there may be an outage in my area. But the outage map does not reflect that.
