Internet outage
We were told internet would be back up yesterday. It is now 24 hours and still no internet. Not sure what is going on but it keeps getting extended. Can someone please explain why we don't have internet? There are no down lines or accidents in our neighborhood but everything is down. Will Xfinity be giving us credit for this lost time? I work from home and rely on my internet to do my work. Please help
