Hello @user_1ec1cf ! Sometimes we do have issues that take an extended time to resolve. It doesn't happen often but when it does, I can understand there being a bit of frustration. Usually the Status Center is the best place to get updates, but I can see if there is possibly any other news available. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
