Internet Outage

I have been without internet for over a week. Last week the outage map said Xfinity would start repairs on 7/3/2023. Yesterday when I checked, there was no status update other than "our teams will begin to repair the network to restore services as soon as possible." Is there a way to get an update on the status on when the repairs will be completed? The Xfinity assistance is no help and it's frustrating that I cannot get any update.
