Internet outage
My internet went out yesterday around 2 pm. I work from home and couldn’t get anything done until it was back up so I left for the gym. When I got home, there was a service worker outside my home who had dug around the green cable box. He asked me several times if I hit the box in an accusatory tone and then told me when they needed to fix the other side of the street for this issue, it cost 25,000 dollars and they needed to justify that cost. I told him I didn’t hit the box and that I literally left my house for the first time that day well after the power went out. I don’t appreciate being talked down to and accused of doing something I did not do. Probably going to switch providers. Comcast should teach their employees how to interact with customers better
