Internet outage

I’ve been experiencing an outage for nearly 2 days now. At first the status said it would be fixed that night by 11:50, now it’s saying “as soon as possible”. I would like to know what that means, will I have internet tonight? Tomorrow? A week from now? I tried calling my local store and couldn’t get in touch with a real person go figure. Thinking of switching providers if I’m gonna be kept in the dark and pay money for a service that doesn’t work.

It would be our pleasure to assist. Now, regarding a service interruption message that ends with an estimated repair time is that we do not have an estimated repair time at this time but we are working as quickly as possible to resolve the service interruption. 

 

Upon restoration of the service, we can also issue you a credit for the time you are without service. So that we can begin the process of getting the account ready to receive the credit, please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging and send us a message with your full name and full address.

 

 

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
