Internet outage

It is now day 6 since we lost internet due to a storm. The line was severed and we have power back. When will the cable line be fixed?

Also, your phone system is designed to not talk to people which is very frustrating when all we want information. What is the timeframe to restore service?

It has now been 7 days for the outage and Comcast has made no effort to fix the outage. At what point will this be resolved?

We have now had an outage for 7 days and comcast has made no effort to fix the issue. Meanwhile I have watched as AT&T has come out to multiple times to fix their broken line. At what point will comcast rise the to the level of customer service that AT&T has in addressing their customers concerns? Because all I see now is nothing from comcast. Absolutely nothing.
