Internet outage for more than 24hrs

Internet having outage and the expected time of it being fixed keeps getting delayed, it has been more than 24hrs , unbelievable!

Xfinity will not connect me with a representative to speak with via text or phone to explain what happened and why the fix keeps getting delay.  This is horrible customer support and absolutely ridiculous!

user_lb7tkw I appreciate you for reaching out to us here today to let us know about the issue you're experiencing with your services. I know how frustrating it can be when there is a service interruption for an extended period of time, thank you so much for your patience. Repairs can be delayed for a number of reasons such as needing permits or special equipment to affect the repair or if there is a local power outage that is effecting Xfinity infrastructure. You can always view the most up-to-date status of a service interruption in your area by logging into the Xfinity app, you can download the app here https://www.xfinity.com/apps. You can also view updates at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-service-outage. Once service has been restored you can request a credit for the downtime at the following link xfinity.com/support/account-management/credits/outage/details.

@XfinityBrianH

None of the suggestions help!

There was no power outages in my neighborhood, no wild fire, not even a windy day, just sunshine in a normal Friday! Internet went off from 9:00am till now it still not back on!

What the [Edited: Language] happening!!!!!

No one from Xfinity can tell me what's going on !

Your customer service are horrible! No one even reached out and explains what happened!

user_lb7tkw I can understand your concerns. Service interruptions can be caused by a number of reasons other than a storm or a fire, just to name a few, they can be caused by faulty equipment, vandalism, or even a car accident. I know our local engineers are working hard to get your service back up and running as soon as possible!
