Internet outage for 13+ hours
I’ve had no internet service for going on 13 hours now, and the app says it is a reported outage that will be fixed “as soon as possible” and the phone number says basically the same thing. I can’t tell if this is actually a larger outage as stated or something only affecting me. There’s no clear way to know given the outage map just shows an outage at my address. How can I actually report an outage and how can I get an eta on a fix? I’ve had very stable service until now, so I’m surprised and worried it is lasting so long.
