Internet Outage every day

My internet is down on the daily basis. I work from home and a stable connection is critical for me, i am having issues on average 3 hours every day, during working times. Can someone explain the reason and provide a timeline for the complete resolution  ?

Now are these interruptions actually ones that come up on your Xfinity App telling you there is an area issue or does your service work intermittently on the regular?

They come up  on my xfinity app as an issue, not a service work.
