Internet Outage due to damaged Xfinity line 12 day eta

My internet went out abruptly during a storm. Neighboring company put in new driveway exposing cables which look damaged. I suspect water in a damaged line.

I’ve had issues with this before and the tech switched to another cable from an apartment that didn’t have Xfinity. That’s been working but now total internet blackout. The lines are still exposed and heavy trucks and trailers constantly drive over them, so I think they’re finally shot. 

I have reset my Xfinity modem, done a factory reset, reconnected coax cable, no luck yet. It’s been 48 hours without any internet service.

The first available appointment for a technician was Nov 24, 19 days from scheduling. I eventually got it moved to the 17th, but I’d really hope someone could check it sooner than this. I need access to my home PC and would greatly appreciate it if someone here was able to help me out!
