Internet Outage Documentation

My internet was disconnected and was fix in over 40 mins. My Job supervisor is requesting for a documentation to show proof that my internet was disconnecetd

Thank you for reaching out @user_0p2rtd At this time we do not have any documentation to provide for a service interruption. When I am having a service interruption I take a screenshot of the Xfinity App which shows an active interruption and usually an eta of when the issue will be resolved.
