Internet Outage and Xfinity Outage Reporting Doesn't Work
Our neighborhood is experiencing an Xfinity internet service outage. Internet has been out for approximately 45 minutes-1 hour. This outage is impacting me and our neighbors (confirmed with each other). We have tried to report the outage and everyone has been told the problem is our respective modems. We tried to report online and the webpage isn't responding to allow folks to submit a report. This happened a few years ago and it was discovered that Xfinity needed to upgrade some equipment in our area. We live in Sandia Heights in Albuquerque, New Mexico near the base of the Tram in zip code 87122. Please help.
