Internet outage 14+ hours
We have had an outage in my area since the middle of the work day yesterday. I just woke up and it’s still not back as we approach the 15 hour mark, but there is no longer an estimated restoration time. We all have to work soon so I need to know if I should make other arrangements or not.
I understand sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances and they are probably doing the best they can to repair it, however I wouldn’t know because we have received ZERO UPDATES IN 14 HOURS. We are blocked from live agents and have received nothing but radio silence. Can we please at least receive basic communication telling us what’s going on and what to expect??? Customers deserve basic human decency and assurance that we haven’t been forgotten, ESPECIALLY when this was unplanned.
