Ever since I purchased Xfinity it seems like it’s an every other day occurrence that it goes out due to repairs. Is this an every day thing?

user_5he56u Are there reports you are getting about known issues in the area when your service goes down? Just want to confirm if it's due to work in the area, or if it's just your service we need to troubleshoot.
