Internet out for two days

Our Internet has been out for two days. I am told that we have a signal problem and that it takes up to 14 days to have a new cable installed under our driveway and into the house. I'm fine with the 14 days but give me a temporary line as soon as possible! I called and asked for it yesterday and they said Friday. I have five businesses we work from out of this house and I need my Internet back up ASAP. Terrible service

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
