Internet out for 3 days. No status update.

My internet went out at 3AM on July 4th hours after another storm had already passed and I never lost power. Xfinity app says I have an outage but status says it will be up and running “as soon as possible” and it hasn’t updated in two days. Didn’t look like I will hear anything from Xfinity with any type of timeline for restoration. Would be nice if they had a line you could call to talk to an actual person to find out what’s going on since I pay for this service every month and haven’t had it for days.

Thank you for reaching out to our team. I know how frustrating any service interruption can be. The Xfinity app and the Xfinity.com/myaccount site would have the most up to date information on any interruption. Have you also enabled the text alerts for updates on that situation?
