internet only punishes existing customers
Loyal customer for 20 yrs.
Current plan is 400 mb internet with 125 tv channel
Cost $139.44.
Would like to change to 400 mb internet and 20 Channel NowTV and was quoted a price of about $127
So I am losing 100 channels including networks and that is what you want me to pay?
I then asked about internet only and was told 200mb was $87 but $107 after taxes and fees.
I don't think the chat person knew what he was talking about. There are not broadcast fees for internet only
and you must be inventing taxes for get it that high
I would like to know what the final price for either 400mb or 200mb internet is
and a fair price if I include NowTV.
thanks
You are losing so many customers a month treating them this way.
I am pleased with Xfinity service and reliability, but your corporate office drives your customers away to
Verizion or T Mobile

Greetings, @user_2ae018! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about making changes to your service package. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
I can confirm there are no fees associated with Internet Only service in most parts of the country. There can sometimes be a nominal sales tax associated with equipment rental, if you have equipment as part of your setup, but it is usually less than a dollar per month. The same is true for NowTV. The $20.00 service charge includes any potential fees, but there can sometimes be a nominal sales tax, depending on where you live.
If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
