INTERNET ONLY PROBLEMS
Turn the cable off just to Internet access only. Why did I do that. This is the worst thing I've done. Xfinity sent me this new updated white wifi box that is a complete piece of garbage. Be on the phone almost every day trying to get my internet to work. Calling day and night just for them to tell me we sent you the box that's not compatible with your Vizio television. Then call back a second time to tell me that oh, maybe its because it's in the basement you may need a wifi extender. First of all I never had a problem with the old box and now you say the new box is better. Well, that was a lie. I'm just so [Edit: Language] off with the decision I made. So be careful of what you ask for because it just might rise your blood pressure to boiling. Something just has to be better out here.
