Internet Only Pricing
I've been searching for internet pricing (without a tv plan) and haven't been able to find the info that I need. So, I chatted with an assistant who told me that my $119.00 (1 gig) price would go up to $180 if I dropped the tv channels. Then he tried really hard to push a $110 price + a free iPad on me. It's been years since I've had a promotional offer on this account and, quite frankly, find it hard to believe that $180 is truly the 1 gig price. So, what IS the price is what I really want to know!!?
My bill says I saved $20 for having 2 products. Seems like internet, at most, should be $139 if I only have internet. Anyone have a suggestion besides this:
-Click "Sign In" if necessary
-Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
-Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
-The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
The above got me to where I am now as requested by Xfinity Support -
"We ask that you create a new public post for support. This will allow our community experts and other members to provide their experience first, which may answer your questions."
Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions.
