Internet only monthly charge increased by $20/month without any notice
Our internet price was $50/month for few years before July 2025. But on current statement, the Internet only monthly price suddenly increased to $69/month without any notice. This big increasing is very surprised to me. I would like to still keep $50/month with 1 year contract for another year. Or give us a big discount. Thank you very much for great business service.

Any time there is going to be an increase in your pricing that is provided on the bill the previous month, or the month before.
