Internet Offers NOT Being Honored
I logged into my Xfinity account to shop for better deals and saw an Xfinity internet offer for $85(autopay) or at $95 for 2GB speed.
When I try to order it, the system wouldn't let me. When I chatted with online support they were able to send me an order form but, they could't get the order to go through their system. It kept timing out.
So tried email and it was the same result. It kept spinning on my end and timed out on their end.
So, I called into Xfinity customer service but, they were saying the internet offer wasn't available.
They told me to go into the Xifnity store but they couldn't see it either even after showing them on my phone.
I spent over 4 hours trying to get this offer and at the end, got nothing.
They were apologetic but they said, they couldn't offer what they could see in the system.
How do you explain this when the offer is clearly visible under their website but can't see it or honor it after showing it to them.
Can someone at Xfinity honor the offer? I took a screen shot even after showing it to the store manager at Xfinity.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
