Internet NOW

I've waited almost 5 to 7 business days for a router but haven't received one at all. I spent $45 twice for no internet. What's the issue with the service and website? I called customer service, and they told me it would arrive in 5 to 7 business days, but I've waited longer than that. I want a refund for both of the $45 I wasted just to not receive anything.
