Internet now
Called Comcast to lower my rate, they offered to let me pay ten bucks more. No help from them. Apparently there's a way to knock my Comcast bill from 92 to about 30 bucks by getting "Internet NOW". I was waiting until I didn't need it for work. Looks like I've got to close the current Comcast account, then set up a NOW account online. They overnight a modem out. May not have service for a day or two. If anything comes up, this won't impact the cell phone for email etc. May hotspot. They can't make it easy.
Update.. you can get the new modem when you turn in the old one. Something's going crazy wrong though. Well over half an hour. Been billed twice...comcastic
Update...after about an hour, they can't add the new modem to the account. System error. Come back later. Cocmastic.
Update...came back at 4, it's still broken. Maybe you should call. There is no phone option for NOW. Texted India. "Go back to the store and tell them to activate the modem".. sent totally worthless articles and gave up.. "try later"
Now 3 hours of chat with the Social media group. Charged again
I now have 3 30 dollar charges and no service.

I do want to thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to reach out through our Forums Channel. I can tell you have not had the best experience and I assure you I am here to do everything I can to turn this around. I want to be sure we can get everything figured out for you with your service. Have you been able to log into your Now Internet portal to troubleshoot your services? @riffin1
