Internet not working.
I had a schedule set for tomorrow morning between 8-10am. They cancelled it because they said it was back online. It is not online and I need to get that scheduled again for the same time. We have been offline for 3 days. Thanks

WE would love to take a look at your account to see when we can get a tech out. When appointments are scheduled, we do have network surveillance teams who review our service networks, many times addressing concerns ahead of time, making some service visits unnecessary.
