Internet not working

Bought a modem and was having connections issues so I went outside and check the cable and found it was cut in half and not connected to anything. My question is, is this going to be something Comcast’s can fix or will the homeowner hire a electrician to come out and fix it. Have a technician coming out tomorrow

Hello, @user_192644, thank you for reaching out regarding the cut line! The technician should be able to resolve the cut line without the need for the homeowner to have an electrician come out and resolve the issue. Cable lines are part of what we take care of. We would like to follow up with you tomorrow after the visit, would that be okay?

Great question! No, you will not because it is outside and something you have no control over. What time is the appointment tomorrow, so we can follow up with you afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly? :)
