Internet not working and they cancelled my appointment

Hi, my internet has been having micro outages for the last week now and it took forever, and I do mean forever, to actually set a tech appointment for tomorrow. I came home today to my Internet being fully down, and I found out as well that they CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT FOR NO REASON. And now I have to wait even longer and can’t get in contact with a human being. I have to have internet over the weekend for work!!! Help!

As a full-time work-from-home employee myself, I definitely understand how crucial it is to have your internet connection available at all time user_45g5jf. You've come to the right place for help, and I'm glad to do anything needed to get you connected again asap! In order for me to look into this for you further, please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
  • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
  • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
