Internet Not Working After Move-In
Hi there,
My name is Josh [Edited: "Personal Information"], and I used the "moving to a new address" feature to move my Xfinity service to my new apartment. Now that I have moved into my new place, the modem I brought with me to install will not work properly. I have followed instructions and tried to troubleshoot, but nothing seems to be working currently. I have plugged in the modem and the coax cable, and the light on top of the modem is flashing orange. It will not connect and emit a solid white light to show that the internet is working.
Is there something I can do to fix this?
