internet not what I was sold
I was just moved to a new unlimited 200 Mpbs internet plan from a 800 Mbps limited data plan. I was not originally told I had limited data at 800 Mbps and then, when moved to the new plan, I was told I would have unlimited data at the same 800 Mbps. I now find out this week, that the plan is only 200 Mbps and the only way to make a change is to pay double ($120) what is being offered online ($60). It's rediculous that Xfinity can't offer me the new customer discount while I've been with you for 18 years!

You can change your plan by logging in to xfinity.com and checking out current deals and promotions. Internet plans have the 1.2 Terabytes (TB) included. If you require more we can take a look at Unlimited data options.
