Internet not connected human to report to..
It just shouldn't be this hard to get ahold of someone to help with internet issues...but oh we pay our bill early or on time..this isn't service...the online service is not user friendly either...and why am I paying way over what's posted fees online? I need answers..I'm going to look for other internet service...
