Internet Moved Too Early

I put in a request to move my service to a new address effective 7/1/26.  A new box was shipped right away (even though I don't live in that location yet) and I had to go and retrieve the box from the location I do not live in yet so it wasn't stolen.

Now, my internet service has been cut off from my current home - I work from home and it's critical I have working wifi through 6/30.  As I had originally requested.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
