Internet Moved too Early
I scheduled a move of Internet service for 03/29/26, but the Internet at my current address stopped earlier today. I would like service restored at my current address ASAP and the move of service to happen on the scheduled date!
I had multiple unsuccessful attempts to restore the service via Xfinity Assistant chat. The agents told me that service was restored, but I have yet to see that happen. It is extremely frustrating that Xfinity moved my service early given how much I am paying for Internet!

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
