Internet line was cut by utilities a week ago and can't get Comcast to show up to fix

We have scheduled 3 appointments to fix our cut line and Comcast has not shown up.  When we call in they act like nothing's wrong and they schedule us for the next day, tomorrow will be our 4th scheduling to have this fixed.  We need internet for our work, this is costing us money.  We will need to go to some other service is they are not going to fix it.
