Internet Line Replacement

We had a storm and I've been out of Internet for almost two weeks. I had a technician come and tell me there was no signal from the apartment. They then had the maintenance team check the lines outside. Same thing. I was told a contractor was going to call me and schedule a time to rerun the line but haven't heard anything in a week. How long does it usually take to hear back? I looked for a support ticket online but haven't found anything. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
