Internet latency issues

I have been having this issue with latency with my internet service. I have had several techs come to my house to fix this. Finally in July after multiple visits and charges to my account for home visits a supervisor monitored my service and fixed the issue which was outside of my house from the node...then about 3 weeks ago we had a outage and the issue came back. Could someone check the notes from my last visit and see what the suporvisor did to fix it.
