INTERNET KEEPS GOING OUT ALL MORNING

The support page said service would be restored by 10:20am. Was working for 20 minutes, then out again.

Now when you call support, you won't be connected until you deal with the text assistant which you force customers to use. I don't want to deal with a bot, I want a live agent.

Sonic is building their service in our area, can't wait until it's up and running and we will happily call to cancel this junk.  And you keep raising our rates for no reason. No wonder people are fleeing your company

leta_h618 You have come to the right place to get assistance with current service situation in your area. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
