Internet keeps going in and out

The past couple weeks have been horrible. My Comcast now keeps freezing every 5 to ten minutes. And I'm getting fed up with the service now

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.

same. mine started dropping once or twice a day a couple months ago. it's steadily increased til it's almost every hour now. it'll go out for a minute or 2 while it resets itself, but then sometimes it will be down for half an hour or more. the issue is not just our modem or connection. it's neighbors as well.

i see no direct message option to contact service. have you had any luck with the problem?
