internet keeps going down in entire neighborhood of 30 houses and comcast support will not dispatch a tech

Our entire neighborhood of 30 homes is experiencing significant internet issues where it keeps dropping every 10-15 minutes and then takes 5 to 10 minutes to come back up. Several of us have called in and they confirm noise coming from the signal from outside to the homes. However, they said our service is not technically out so will not dispatch a tech to neighborhood to look at what they diagnose the issue to be, instead they will send one to our individual homes in 6 days. I have spoken with a Haven, Rahjeev, Pooja, Jeff, Jeremiah, and several more. I was given fake dates, fake ticket #'s, every time I talk to a support person confirming the appointment they say there is no scheduled appointment or ticket #. Now on with a Supervisor I requested because this is frustrating, he says earliest date is December 11th. I am like is this a joke? We spend all this money and the support for response to an entire neighborhood having degradation of service is unacceptable. No one should have to go through this over internet services. Dispatch a tech to the neighborhood and have them fix it. I am watching the texts, and I was just pulled off a waitlist for today and scheduled for the 8th. This is a joke.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I am incredibly sorry to hear about the persistent internet issues affecting your neighborhood and the extremely frustrating experience you've had with our support teams so far. I understand how vital a stable internet connection is, I understand your urgency @user_299e1b. Although I cannot promise an immediate change to the schedule, I am happy to take a closer look to see if any earlier appointments may be available.
