internet keeps dropping

Our internet drops several times a day and it's not just us. It's our neighbors as well. All of us are fed up with dealing with foreign customer service who work off a script.  Who can we contact for issues in our neighborhood? Thank you.

Hello, @bmott. I appreciate you making us aware of the inconvenience this internet issues is causing you and your neighbors via Forums. I would be more than happy to help find a solution to this problem. Have you by any chance checked out the Xfinity app to see if there's any service interruptions being reported in the area? How about resetting your modem, have you tried that?
