Internet keeps dropping, impossible to schedule a technician

Internet keeps dropping repeatedly. Outage tool shows 'network damage' but outage map shows no cluster, appears isolated to just my address. Automated app/phone/chat won't let me schedule a technician or even speak to a human because there is a “reported outage” which is just the automation picking up on my internet dropping. The estimated time keeps just increasing because it will never get fixed until they come here and fix it! because the “outage”… is specifically me. Yet every avenue makes scheduling a technician impossible. Need help getting a repair visit scheduled.

To be completely transparent, whenever there is an active service interruption flagged on an account, it mirrors that same status on our side. Because of how the system is, it blocks us from running standard troubleshooting tools or scheduling a technician until that network alert clears out.
The moment the interruption alert drops off, if your internet continues to act up, we will be more than happy to review your connection and schedule a technician right away @user_t747ay.
