Yes and it just sends me in a never ending cycle of taking me through basic prompted questions that don’t fix the issue

After the outage my WiFi service is not showing up. There is nowhere for any of my devices to connect

To confirm you are not seeing the network listed to connect? Have you tried to unplug and replug in the modem? Are you using a Gateway? @user_5ythxw
