Internet issues
For the past 3 months I've been having issues with my internet at my house. After 4 techs that came out and said everything looks good in my area. The supervisor dug into the issue and said its an infrastructure issue and there is nothing they can do until they repair it or upgrade it. They are giving me a timeline of 6 months away and that is unacceptable since I have drops and internet speed slowdowns all the time. I live in the city and they have the market basically cornered with nothing but satellite available at my location.
