The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_hu1t81 Thanks for posting on our Forums and congrats on the move. Sorry to hear that the internet doesn't seem to be working at the moment. Have you tried checking if there are other coax outlets? Just in case an outlet isn't active and receiving a signal.
