Internet issues

I have issues with my internet , it’s so slow, I need someone to come to my house to fix, your customer service with AI wasted my time and don’t work at all I need someone to come fix it as fast as possible , I have been waiting for more than two weeks there is no phone number to call , I need to call someone explain the problem, I’m thinking to change your service with another company because you have very poor customer service, I really don’t like your system

To send a Direct Message:

 

Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
