Internet Issues Not Addressed

I have not been able to speak to a live person about my Internet being down for 24 hours now with no updates.

I don’t even have the option to cancel the AI just hangs up on me without any resolve no options to do anything on my account.

Can someone please let me know what’s going on, give me an update or a status at least? This customer service is absolutely unacceptable for paying customers.

Yes this issue was fixed a day after the post, thank you for your assistance, however, the communication with customer service is very poor and should be addressed. Talking through forums and not being allowed to speak with a live person while issues are happening is not acceptable. Customers should at least get an update on outage issues when a service is being payed for.
